The challenge of the following modules is to engage the participant in building a collaborative unit that utilizes the support staff in their school building for student enrichment.  School media specialists and instructional technology facilitators can offer that support.  This Professional Learning Module encourages that collaboration through the use of two researched perspectives on the benefits of collaborating with support staff and enrichment clustering on student achievement.
